Artist Talk: Judith Schaechter

Join us on opening day for a special conversation with Judith Schaechter, the celebrated artist behind Judith Schaechter: Super/Natural.  Experience the exhibition through Schaechter’s eyes and gain deeper insight into the artistry and innovation behind her work.

Schaechter believes we’ve forgotten what we’re capable of making with our hands. Super/Natural, the exhibition’s namesake and Schaechter’s latest project, is a testament to the power of craft and what’s possible when vision and mastery push the perceived limits of stained glass. A militant ornamentalist, Schaechter employed her signature glass engraving and layering process to create a rich world within the dome, a personal experience that invites all to experience the benefits of neuroaesthetics and biophilic design on human consciousness.
